Neeraj Jain is a first-generation, Indian-American cinematographer based in Los Angeles. In 2015, Neeraj graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Film and TV Production. In his final year, Neeraj shot many short films and in 2017 was awarded the Faculty Commendation in Cinematography

He has participated in the ASC Masterclass and was able to learn from one of his favorite cinematographers - Rodrigo Prieto. He also has spent time working as an electric on various TV shows such as Master of None and Girls .

Neeraj filmed the feature film, The Sound of the Wind, and selected episodes of Season 2 for Zoya Akhtar’s Made in Heaven on Amazon Prime. His latest documentary film, An Arrested Moment, directed by Dev Benegal and commissioned by The Metropolitan Museum, is now on display as a part of the Ink and Ivory exhibit. Most recently, he has been working as the cinematographer for the basketball documentary, Hoop Like This, and feature documentary, Kings and Things.
